my mixed media projects

well i have just fell right in love with mixed media.  i have been watching youtube videos like crazy and decided to just give it a go and try it.  I LOVE IT SO MUCH.  I love getting paint all over my hands and shirt lol.. Sometimes it hits the face and hair too, but i love it.  It brings out the kid in me and makes me very happy.  So i though i would share the canvas's i have done so far from number one till now.  Christy Tomlinson is amazing and a great teacher, you can find her on youtube, search for scarletlime channel.  I think you would love it if you tried it.

Here are some of the projects I created in Celebration of My Mom and her day.
First is a card, i wanted it all to be very feminine and have the dressform by tim holtz incorporated into every project. Where it is Spring for mothers Day I also figured banners would be so much fun. This was my first time doing a banner. On my canvas i got to incorporate both a banner and the dressform. I had so much fun doing these projects for my beautiful mother.. I think they express how beautiful and dainty i think she is..
